Adding Configuration

This task helps to add new configuration to the model. - User can provide the Name, Comment and Description for the configuration to be added. - configuration can be added either as derived or top level one with the help of the derived option checkbox. - This task works with SolidWorks Parts and assembly files [.SLDPRT , .SLDASM].

Download & Task Setup

User can download this task from online library performing search using keywords.

Select the task in Tasks list and setup arguments as required.

Argument	Details
Name	Specify the Name of the configuration to be added
Comment	Specify the comment for the configuration
Description	Specify the description for the configuration
Derived	Checkbox to add derived configuration to the active one

Click on "Run Job" to initiate.

Once Job is completed, the new configuration will be added for the model and made active.
